![]() Hey loves! I'm back with another list of reminders for us to carry into the new year (and beyond). 1. Often times, the ascension to the greatest chapter of your life will be prefaced by the most heartbreaking period of your life -Lonely, lost, confused, crying on the floor in your first apartment, feeling as empty as the space in front of you and magically, just like that apartment-once it's furnished and full- you'll find that somewhere along the way

Somewhere you can reset and relax because you deserve it. Over the years, I've learned many tips and tricks that ensure every time I walk into my home that it is peaceful and whether you live alone, with people, work from home or don't these suggestions may help you too into making your space a home! It should be noted that one should do these tips in addition to a calming body, skin, self care routine in order to have the complete experience! ![]() Hey Lovelies! I wanted to share a life changing hack that took away so much traveling anxiety. As a teenager, I remember watching a video of Shay Mitchell doing a "What's in my Travel Bag" video on Youtube and from there, it got the ball rolling (although I had rarely traveled anywhere up until that point) I decided to prepare my own travel bag so that when future trips came along, I'd be semi-prepared. Now in my twenties and traveling, that travel bag has been AMAZING in helping with preparations for my any trips- whether it's a 2 hour flight or 10 hour flight or a weekend getaway or a week getaway. And all I have to do is replenish whatever was used when I get back. Trust me, a pre- prepared travel bag if you travel a lot is a must! First up: THE BAG! Needless to say, you need a bag that's chic, stylish, long lasting and has a lot of room! The Beis Duffle Bag is an amazing carry on bag with tons of room and a separate compartment for shoes! I've used this for short vacations and long travels and its been a blessing all the time! ![]() Hello lovely people! Last year I started a personal traditions of writing down a list that includes a combination of lessons and reminders to take into the new year. I decided to do that again and share it with you all just in case you too needed some "reminders". 1. Life will lead you down mysterious paths - Sometimes they’re horrible and more often than not they turn out to be amazing. Trust the process and the timing. 2. Success isn’t a straight path - It takes multiple falls, reroutes and detours but you’ll get there. Hold the vision. If you’re working towards it, you will eventually achieve it. 3. Healing isn’t linear - It’s okay to think you’re over something and then one day it comes back and disappears again. The scars that have gotten you to this point are there to remind you of your strength and to create a space for gratitude. ![]() I think we all have financial fear, it’s common especially since we see so many "flexing" with their money or we see millionaires/billionaires or even things we want and for some reason it has been ingrained into us that we can’t get there or it is extremely unlikely to get there. Trying to work towards your success in a society and generation that feels so 'money hungry' When life gets really challenging, it seems like all we wish for is a guide- a book on life and what to do in every situation- unfortunately, we don't have that yet but these are some reminders that help to make my journey easier:
1) Don’t assume- especially about people and situations you know nothing about 2) Don’t “check”- if those people shitted on you, they’ll always realize their loss. Don’t give any energy. They don’t deserve parts of your life or attention they they’re willingly not a part of. 3) What you’re meant to know will always be revealed- don’t take it upon yourself to see if a person or situation has “changed” 4) Don’t look back- It’s been the only constant in my life
Even when you promised to never let go Or when he promised me the world and then some Or when she said “forever” until we were old and grey The only thing that has stuck is the one thing whose very definition is the antithesis of “sameness” Ironic The one thing you didn’t promise is the only thing you’ve committed to It’s the only thing they’ve stuck to It’s the only thing that has never truly left me Yet I’m never comfortable with it When I get too comfortable, it hits again I’d compare it to the effects of abuse Many call it the essence of life The one thing we can all count on Change |
